Heritage Ranch and its amenity projects
Heritage Ranch gives Fairview a large gated golf community with its own clubhouse, courts and trail network, all of which need periodic rebuilding. A Fairview project inside those gates takes a standard unit placed where residents walking to the clubhouse do not have to look at it.
Access rules matter more in Fairview than in most towns, because the guard gate controls who gets in and when. We register the Fairview service truck with the gate in advance so the driver is not turned around on a Tuesday morning.
Redevelopment at the Fairview Town Center
The retail district at the Fairview Town Center is being reworked block by block, with demolition, shell construction and tenant finish all running at once. A Fairview contractor there wants the unit at the construction entrance, because the parking field stays open to shoppers through most of the work.
Those Fairview phases overlap, so what starts as one unit for a demolition crew becomes three once framing and mechanical trades arrive. We review the Fairview count every couple of weeks rather than waiting for someone to complain.
One-acre estates on the Fairview side roads
Away from the highway, Fairview holds one-acre minimums and long private drives running back toward Sloan Creek. A Fairview estate build, barn or pool job takes a single standard unit on the drive, set where the concrete truck and the excavator both have room.
Blackland clay across Fairview swells and cracks with the season, and a unit on graded dirt will not stay level for long. We put Fairview units on gravel or paving so the door still latches after a wet two weeks. Summer work in Fairview runs long and hot on those open lots, so pump-out frequency rises from June through September rather than holding at a single weekly stop.
